History: Normally a human would need to be bitten or born into becoming a werewolf. In Tosca's case the fact had been thrown. At a very small age, around three, she had been orphaned into a small unknown organization (at that time) that tested experiments successfully with humans. Some time into the program she had been injected with the blood of a werewolf, intwining it into her DNA. From the time of injection to nine years old she had been taught various things which would enable her to be a talented killer. Not only could she use this transformation to her advantage, but to another's.
This organisatiom was known as Millenium. Tosca made her way through the ranks and had even spoken with the Major. but once Tosca had realised what an evil group Millenium was she escape and now she roams England killing anyone that gets in her way.
